Business customers only
We sell to businesses and organisations only, not to consumers. All prices are shown and charged excl. VAT; VAT is added on the invoice where it applies.
Chain Exposure Report (€149 excl. VAT)
- The Chain Exposure Report is a digital report, generated automatically from what you enter. No person reviews it before delivery.
- It is delivered digitally (as a PDF) after payment.
- The report is educational. It is not a forecast and not legal, financial, investment or safety advice. Consult your own counsel before acting on it.
- Before checkout you accept these terms. Online checkout is not yet available.
Chain Restructuring Audit
For the Chain Restructuring Audit (from €15,000 excl. VAT), we confirm scope, deliverables, fee and timing in a written quote before work starts. The quote you accept in writing forms the agreement, together with these terms.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the report or service concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We advise on structure only; we never sign off on machine safety or conformity, which stays with your notified body, integrator and safety engineers.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
